After a busy, chaotic day, the best thing is having Mindfulness with Kerry after lunch. It gives us a chance to unwind, calm down and breathe. Mindful movement had us laughing and of course our favourite part... mindful eating introduced us to yet another food we would not usually have. Today it was dried pineapple and it was especially delicious.
One day Room 11, will you please invite me to your mindfulness session? I would love to relax and breathe after a busy day and of course I know that I will definitely enjoy the mindful eating :)
