We had a lovely time today reading with our buddy class. On Wednesdays we selected books from the library that we thought would appeal to our young audience. We spent time over the last couple days practising our reading aloud.
We have a criteria on our wall that says:
A successful speaker:
- Speaks in a clear voice,
- Makes their voices reach their audience,
- Makes their words flow and uses expression,
- Doesn't hide their mouth or face.
I think Room 11 did a great job with their choices and reading aloud - There were NO Robots anywhere near Room 11 today.
