Healthy Thinking

On Wednesday we had our first session with Tina from the Heart Foundation. We were learning about the food groups and what they give us.

Did you know that we should eat lots of different coloured fruit and vegetables because the different colours mean  they contain different vitamins and minerals? These vitamins and minerals keep our immune system strong so that it can fight against germs to keep us healthy.

We look forward to her next visit when we learn about the information on food labels.
